We are a community built on the belief that women deserve to feel safe, respected, and empowered every day. Not Norm was created to challenge what society too often accepts as “normal” and to give women a space to share their voices, connect through their stories, and stand together for change.

Every day, women are told to accept things that should never be considered “normal”: unwanted touches, invasive comments, and the constant need to watch their own safety. We believe it’s time to rewrite that standard.

Not Norm exists to challenge these harmful norms and to stand with women everywhere. Our mission is simple: create change, spark conversation, and reinvest in women’s healing by supporting survivors and building a culture of respect and safety.

With every purchase, you’re making an impact. A portion of the proceeds from our apparel go directly toward funding therapy sessions for women who have experienced assault; helping provide healing, support, and hope.
